The Immigration Services Agency have created the helpline FRESC to assist struggling foreign residents by phone due to the impact of Covid-19, which begins on the 1^st September.　It can be accessed in 14 languages.

Kagoshima Prefecture is operating a 24/7 call centre, which can provide support in 8 languages (times of accessibility for each language etc. is stated below).
