Kagoshima International Association's facilities in the Kagoshima Prefectural Citizens' Exchange Center - the International Exchange Plaza and Consultation Desk for Foreign Residents, will reopen on 8^th May (Fri). The passport service counter will operate as usual.

When using the services and facilities, we ask that you wear a mask and use hand sanitiser.

Also, when visiting the Consultation Desk for Foreign Residents, please call before your visit, if possible.

To all foreign residents who are currently residing in Kagoshima, we are here for you. If you are in any bout of trouble or in need of general assistance, please come and consult with us.

Whether in relation to residency eligibility; job hunting; sickness; pregnancy or children's education etc., the team will be able to provide good and easy to understand information which will aid in answering your query(ies).

• From Tuesday-Sunday (as the team is closed on Monday, but will be open if Monday falls on a holiday, in which circumstance will cause the office to close on the nearest possible normal working day)

*Please note that during the period of December 29^th until January 3^rd, the office is closed.

• Anytime between 9:00 and 17:00
